本機(jī)專門針對(duì)200L（托盤式）/IBC共用的的液體包裝而設(shè)計(jì)的智能化包裝系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)備采用視覺尋口，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)開蓋、自動(dòng)下潛快滿速灌裝、自動(dòng)接漏、自動(dòng)封螺紋蓋等全流程自動(dòng)化的包裝。主機(jī)采用環(huán)保外框，可視窗，進(jìn)出桶自動(dòng)升降移門，灌裝時(shí)可形成封閉空間。本機(jī)電氣控制部分由PLC可編程控制器、稱重模塊、視覺系統(tǒng)等組成，控制能力強(qiáng)，自動(dòng)化程度高。具備無桶不灌裝，對(duì)不準(zhǔn)桶口不灌裝等功能，避免了物料的浪費(fèi)和污染，使機(jī)器的機(jī)電一體化得到了完美的表現(xiàn)。

Equipment overview:

This machine is an intelligent packaging system specially designed for 200L (tray type)/IBC shared liquid packaging. This equipment adopts visual opening to realize automatic packaging of the whole process, such as automatic opening, automatic diving, fast filling, automatic leakage, and

automatic screw cap sealing. The main machine adopts an environmentally friendly outer frame, a visual window, and an automatic lifting and sliding door in and out of the barrel, which can form a closed space during filling. The electrical control part of the machine is composed of PLC programmable controller, weighing module, vision system, etc., with strong control ability and high degree of automation. It has the functions of not filling if there is no barrel, not filling the barrel if the mouth is not correct, avoiding the waste and pollution of materials, and making the mechanical and electrical integration of the machine a perfect performance.
