本機專門針對100-1500kg的產(chǎn)品包裝而設(shè)計。本機利用稱重的工作原理來實現(xiàn)灌裝量的控制。物料自行流入（或通過泵供料輸送）待裝容器中去。本機灌裝部通過粗細雙管路實現(xiàn)快灌裝和慢灌裝，且灌裝流量可調(diào)。在灌裝初始時雙管路同時打開，待灌裝至快灌裝設(shè)定量后，粗管路關(guān)閉，細管路繼續(xù)慢灌裝，直至設(shè)定的整體灌裝量。

Equipment overview:

This machine is specially designed for 100-1500kg product packaging. This machine uses the working principle of weighing to realize the control of the filling amount. The material flows itself (or is fed by a pump) into the container to be filled. The filling part of this machine realizes fast filling and slow filling through thick and thin double pipelines, and the filling flow is adjustable. At the beginning of filling, the two pipelines are opened at the same time. After filling to the set amount of fast filling, the thick pipeline is closed, and the thin pipeline continues to fill slowly until themset overall filling volume.
